Hard work...pays off...ha!

If you haven't heard me talk about Corefit, then you have been hiding under a rock. I met Ryan Nail, founder and trainer of Corefit, back in January and started his boot camp in March. This workout is no joke. Ryan Nail is no joke. If you miss a class, he will kick you out. I have been going to these classes religiously every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Auditorium Shores. I rarely look forward to the workouts, but for obvious good reasons, I keep going back and I rave about it...pretty sure I annoy people with how much I talk about Corefit.

Corefit is honestly the best workout ever. Using the outdoors and some creative equipment, I have never had the same workout twice, so it's never boring. These workouts push you beyond your limits and boundaries, physically and mentally, which I believe everyone needs. Ryan is one of the most motivational people I have ever met and Corefit's success for many people is owed to him. I hate being public about this, but people should know-- I have lost weight with Corefit AND gained an amazing amount of muscle. I feel better than ever. Ryan's motto is "hard work pays off." Sooo true after he made us run sprints up a parking garage today for an hour...just had an amazing family dinner for Rosh Hashanah and not one ounce of guilt.

My recommendation: Email Ryan@TrainCorefit.com about one of the FREE classes. If it seems right to you, commit and join a boot camp!
